1.) Please attach any artwork to be used in your design, such as: logo and any images. (if they are too big to send in an email, please click here www.bluehost.com\cgi-bin\uftp and use the user name: print@printbuys.com and password: ( print ) to FTP them to us.) You can also send your files from http://www.yousendit.com.
2.) Please tell us the quantity, size and type of job you want printed along with any special instructions. Also, please let us know the paper stock to use: Note: most flyers, brochures, door hangers, posters are printed on 100lb book gloss with either AQ or UV coating. AQ is a high gloss and UV is a super hi-gloss. The UV feels almost like plastic. UV costs more than AQ. 75% of customers print with AQ at this time. For postcards, business cards, etc we offer 14pt & 16pt card stock printed with either Matte Finish or UV gloss. We also offer 80lb cover weight Linen card stock. If you need to write on the card and you also want it glossy you can chose UV gloss with SPOT UV and we will not put UV in the spot where you wish to write, or you can chose 1 side with UV gloss and the other side without UV. Spot UV costs more than full UV. You can write on Matte Finished and Linen card stock.
3.) If we are designing this job please provide examples of designs you have done in the past if you have them, instructions, the type of business you have, competitor websites you like, your own website if you have one and who you are trying to target with what message. If you need help or would like to just tell us over the phone call: 877-577-4681. We can design exactly as you want or you can allow us to "run with it" or a combination of both. If we run with it, we will google several businesses like yours, find common trends, assimilate your design and provide it to your for proofing. You can approve the proof as is or make changes. Remember to review your proof for spelling errors, etc because you are responsible for it once you approve it. We will not go to print without approval.
4.) Please provide your contact information. We cannot start this order until after we have your company name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address (for proofing). Note: You must provide the exact shipping address in the correct format. If there is a suite, make sure you tell us. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address, please check your invoice carefully to ensure we have the correct shipping address. We ship to the address on our invoice, not any address that you provide to paypal when making a payment.
After we receive this information, an invoice and pay pal request for payment will be sent to you. After we receive payment a proof will be sent to you. Once you receive the proof, please reply back to it with "good to print" or ......... tell us what to change on it ( such as coupon offers, etc ). Once you approve the proof, and pay the invoice we will go to print. Printing takes 2-4 days for card stock, 5-7 days for 100lb gloss.
